SUMMARY: Attached, as Exhibit 4-A, are the Findings of Approval for the appeal by Mr. Jonathan Ryan that was considered and approved at the May 3, 2004 special Board meeting. Staff has verified that the fountain for which credit was requested has been removed.

RECOMMENDATION: If approved with the Consent Calendar, the Findings of Approval will be adopted. Staff will notify Mr. Ryan that the District will authorize an extension of the Water Use Credit for removal of a fountain at 1050 Marcheta Lane, Pebble Beach. The Water Use Credit will expire February 8, 2009.
